How to Avoid Burnout Without Stepping Back From Your Career
I’m a perfectionist, and I want everything to be perfect and to succeed. And I learned to let go. Sometimes you can’t hold everything.
This program is the path to living an amazing life that now many seem unreachable, but it really is possible.
I was burned out and wanted to quit, but didn’t want to do anything irrational. Today I log off at a reasonable time without guilt and I’m able to have fun…
I felt like, through the program, I was able to learn how to prioritize and figure out what really needs to be done, versus what’s just nice to have.
I have a level of flow and confidence and happiness that I have not felt for quite a long time.
I’m definitely a lot more relaxed. A lot less stressed. I have a lot more balance in my life. Overall, I’m peaceful and fulfilled.

By the age of 30, I was the youngest executive of a multi-billion dollar company flying all over the world as the head of international marketing. I lived an enviable life. My career was powerful and exciting and lucrative. I had it all.
Until I burned out in 2003, walked away at the age of 33 and moved to the Virgin Islands. Everyone said I was crazy, but I was too burned out to care.
